Mualaf Letter for other religion that want to be married in Muslim faith

Copy of KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
Copy of birth certificate
Copy of previous book of marriage if you have been marriage before
Copy of passport/KTP of two witnesses which is should be Muslim too
Copy death certificate of former spouse
